Description: You use this field-level or record-level keyword with the PUTOVR keyword to override the existing display attributes of a field or record that is already on the display.

Converts to "override attribute" property.

Support is limited. Data on the screen will be be retained when a format already on the screen is output again with PUTOVR and OVRATR in effect. However, display attributes will not actually be overridden.

The DDS conversion will issue a warning if OVRATR is used with fields that have conditional display attributes. Such screens should be adjusted to eliminate usage of OVRATR so that the attribute conditioning can function properly.
